Before your appointment

Our goal is to deliver the best experience to our precious clients, therefore please corporate with us and allow us to spoil you as best as we can. Please follow 4 instructions below if possible:

1. Please arrive on time. Your session might be affected due to a lack of time. In some cases, we might ask for rescheduling if you ran over 15 mins late.
2. Please do not wear eye makeup – especially mascara, as it will take more time to remove your makeup and gives us less time to apply for your lash extensions.
3. If you need to remove the old extensions, please book separately a removal session that cost $20
4. If you have any cancellation of your appointment please let us know as soon as possible.
